    If you are not completely satisfied with your AFRICAISSTYLE.COM purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund, excluding items that were purchased on sale or with a discount.


    Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid to:, P.O. Box 1012, Orange, CT 06477. We will not accept CODs.

    Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. When returning jewelry, handbags, and shoes, the return must include the original internal packaging (jewelry bags, dust bags, shoe boxes, etc.) or the return will be denied. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise.

    We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. AFRICAISSTYLE.COM is not responsible for missing packages.

    Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. AFRICAISSTYLE.COM will be unable to process your exchange without having received back to us your original order. In the event that merchandise is out of stock and we cannot process an exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Note: Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error or in the case of damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending merchandise back to us.

    AFRICAISSTYLE.COM reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please note that all online orders must be returned to Freemans Sporting Club Online only.

    We will be happy to refund you the difference if your full price purchased item is marked down within 7 days.
    This does not apply to a sale item that is marked down further nor does it apply to a store purchase.
